What is the Duracell promotion?
Purchase any Duracell battery from a participating Australian retailer during the promotional period and enter online for your chance to win a trip for two to Singapore to attend the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone Experience. You’ll also have the chance to instantly win one of 200 $50 Virtual Visa Gift Cards.
When does the promotion run?
The promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 16 August 2026.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
How do I enter?
To enter:
- Purchase any Duracell battery from a participating Australian retailer (in-store or online).
- Visit www.duracell.com.au/win or scan the promotional QR code.
- Complete the online entry form with your details.
- Upload a copy or photo of your purchase receipt.
Once your entry is submitted, you’ll find out immediately if you’ve won an instant prize (subject to verification), and your entry will also go into the major prize draw.
Which products qualify for entry?
Any Duracell battery purchased from a participating Australian retailer qualifies for entry.
Which stores are participating?
Any Australian retailer, whether in-store or online, that stocks Duracell batteries is considered a participating retailer for this promotion.
How many times can I enter?
You may enter multiple times, subject to the following limits:
- One entry per transaction.
- One entry per person per day.
- Maximum of ten (10) entries per person during the promotional period.
Each entry must be submitted separately with a valid receipt.
Can I enter using the same receipt more than once?
No. Each qualifying transaction can only be used for one entry.
Do I need to keep my receipt?
Yes. You must retain your original or copied purchase receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request it to verify your entry or prize claim.
Instant Win Prizes
What Instant Win prizes are available?
There are 200 Instant Win prizes available. Each prize is a $50 Virtual Visa Gift Card.
How does the Instant Win promotion work?
There are 200 predetermined winning times during the promotional period. The first valid entry received after a predetermined winning time will win a $50 Virtual Visa Gift Card, subject to verification.
How will I know if I’ve won an Instant Win prize?
If your entry is the first valid entry received after a winning time, you’ll receive an on-screen notification immediately after submitting your entry, subject to verification.
How will I receive my Virtual Visa Gift Card?
Verified Instant Win prize winners will be contacted via email with details on how to receive and redeem their Virtual Visa Gift Card.

Major Prize
What is the major prize?
One winner will receive a trip for two to Singapore including:
- Return economy flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city.
- Two tickets to the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone Experience.
- Return airport transfers.
- Four nights twin-share 4-star accommodation.
- $500 spending money.
The prize is valued at up to AUD $15,000.
When is the major prize draw?
The major prize draw will take place on 19 August 2026.
How will the major prize winner be notified?
The major prize winner will be contacted in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.
The winner’s details will also be published at www.duracell.com.au/win by 26 August 2026.
When must prizes be claimed?
All prizes must be claimed by 11:00am AEST on 18 September 2026.
What happens if a prize is not claimed?
Any unclaimed prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw conducted on 18 September 2026.
Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.
Travel & Event Information
When does the Singapore trip take place?
The trip must be taken between 8 October 2026 and 12 October 2026 to coincide with the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone Experience.
What is included in the travel prize?
The prize includes:
- Return economy flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city.
- Two tickets to the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone Experience.
- Return airport transfers.
- Four nights twin-share 4-star accommodation.
- $500 spending money.
Can I choose different travel dates?
No. Travel must occur between 8 October 2026 and 12 October 2026. If the winner cannot travel on these dates, the prize will be forfeited.
Can I transfer the trip prize to someone else?
No. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Does my travel companion need to be over 18 years of age?
Yes. The winner’s travel companion must be aged 18 years or over.
Do I need a valid passport?
Yes. The winner and their travel companion are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas and any other required travel documentation.
What expenses are not included in the trip prize?
Unless expressly stated, the winner is responsible for expenses including:
- Passports
- Visas
- Travel insurance
- Vaccinations
- Meals
- Transport to and from the departure airport
- Personal expenses and incidental costs
What happens if I cannot attend the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone Experience?
The major prize is tied to attendance at the Atlassian Williams F1 Team Fan Zone Experience. If the winner is unable or unwilling to attend, the prize may be forfeited.
